INFRASTRUCTURE, Housing and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi says he has no hand in the departure of Road Development Agency CEO Grace Mutembo from the institution. On Tuesday, RDA announced that Mutembo had mutually separated with the agency to pursue another opportunity.
