UPND Chilanga MP Sipho Hlazo has urged Zesco to engage law makers on the possibility of using part of the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) to respond to the energy crisis. And Zambia Association of Manufacturers president Ashu Sagar has encouraged MPs to reassess the approved CDF plans for this year in order to respond to the crisis.
