MEDIA Owners Association of Zambia (MOAZ) president Costa Mwansa has asked government to zero rate Value Added Tax (VAT) for newspaper sales. And President Hakainde Hichilema says the 2025 budget may need to be adjusted to accommodate the submissions made by MOAZ.
