THE LPG Association of Zambia says the electricity crisis, which has caused a surge in Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) usage, has exposed the lack of storage facilities for the commodity, and the association has since asked government to zero rate LPG bulk storages, cylinders and other accessories. And a Committee on the Draft of LPG Technical Regulation involving different stakeholders says it has completed the process of receiving submissions.
