THE Economics Association of Zambia (EAZ) has commended the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) for its “exceptional performance” in revenue collection in 2024. ZRA recently announced that in 2024, it recorded a gross revenue collection of K148.5 billion, with K17.6 billion paid out as refunds, resulting in a net collection of K130.9 billion, exceeding the Parliamentary target of K125.3 billion by K5.6 billion.
