GOVERNMENT says banks are not dictating the products that people can apply for under the Sustainable Agriculture Financing Facility (SAFF). Recently, some farmers took to social media to lament that they were being forced to only apply for irrigation equipment under SAFF, with Lumezi Independent MP Munir Zulu calling the facility a scam in a Facebook post.
