FORMER Milomax Motors Limited and Japan Direct Limited owner Saul Isreal Radunski has been sued by his former employee in the Lusaka High Court for wrongful and unfair dismissal after 25 years of service. Adolph Sichilima who was employed as a general worker, is seeking among others, an order directing Radunski to pay him salary arrears illegally withheld from the date of his suspension and damages for wrongful and unfair dismissal. Radunski, who is currently out of the country, has been sued through his lawyer Victor Mukula after the two parties failed to reach a conclusion at the labour office.
