TANZANIAN businessman Uziel Bashire has told the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court that he is the owner of the infamous 51 houses in Chalala area. Bashire says he only engaged Charles Loyana, a senior accountant at the Ministry of Finance, to invest on his behalf because he is not a Zambian and therefore couldn’t buy land in Zambia.
