THE matter in which former Ministry of Health Permanent Secretaries Dr Kennedy Malama and Kakulubelwa Mulalelo are jointly charged with seven others was yesterday adjourned after one of the accused persons fell ill during trial. When the matter came up for cross-examination before Magistrate Sanford Ngobola, Tuesday, Rebbeca Ndhlovu, a former Ministry of Health employee, informed the court that she was unwell and asked the court if she could be allowed to sit outside while the trial was ongoing. “Your Honour, I’m unwell, I’m vomiting, may I be allowed to sit outside as the case is going on?” asked Ndhlovu.
