A 96-YEAR-OLD woman has narrated to the Lusaka Magistrate’s Court how she was allegedly raped by a 30-year-old man in January this year. The woman told Magistrate Amie Masoja that the incident occurred around 22:00 hours on January 16, 2023, after she returned from bathing. She was testifying in a matter in which Winson Zulu, a general worker, is facing one count of rape contrary to section 132 and 133 of the Penal Code chapter 87 of the laws of Zambia.
