LUSAKA Magistrate Ireen Wishimanga says Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Gilbert Phiri should personally prosecute the Joseph Malanji and Fredson Yamba case if the State advocates are too busy to handle the case. Magistrate Wishimanga said this yesterday after State Prosecutor Lewis Kandela applied for an adjournment on grounds that two of the prosecutors handling the case are out of jurisdiction, while one is attending to a matter on the Copperbelt.
