A 59-YEAR-OLD man accused of defiling his 12-year-old daughter has told the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court that his “evil” family framed him for a crime he did not commit. And Teddy Simwanza told the court that in 2021, his half-brother, a senior accountant at Ministry of Finance went to his house with K5 million, allegedly gotten from Ndozo lodge owner Chrint Sichamba, requesting that he keeps it for him. Simwanza, a pastor at a named church, told the court that his brother John Sichande informed him that the money had been collected from cadres and given to him by Sichamba.
