AN IMMIGRATION officer has told the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court that officers are having challenges executing the bench warrant against former president Edgar Lungu’s political advisor Kaizer Zulu as he has been changing abodes. In June last year, Magistrate Sylvia Munyinya issued a bench warrant against Zulu for missing court sessions in a matter in which he is facing two counts of failing to appear before the nearest immigration officer and failing to surrender his diplomatic passport. Zulu continues to be on the run as efforts to apprehend him have proved futile since June last year.
