THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has dismissed an application to dismiss a matter in which PeP leader Sean Tembo filed a complaint against UPND Secretary General Batuke Imenda for hate speech. Imenda is charged with hate speech under Section 65 of the Cyber Security and Cyber Crimes Act No. 2 of 2021 of the Laws of Zambia.
