A GUARDIAN of some of late Tutwa Ngulube’s children has sued the deceased lawyer’s sister and widow demanding that his estates be distributed fairly among the children. Chuma Catherine Kuntepa, a guardian of five of Ngulube’s children aged between 15 and one, wants an order that the distribution of the estate to the minors be done under the strict and direct supervision of the Administrator General. Kuntepa has dragged Tawanda Ngulube and Mupeta Sokontwe to court in their capacity as administrators of the late Ngulube’s estate.
