THE guardian of five of late Tutwa Ngulube’s children aged between 15 and one has told the Lusaka High Court that Ngulube acknowledged the children as his before his passing. This is in a matter in which Chuma Kuntepa dragged Ngulube’s sister and widow to court seeking an order that the distribution of the estate to the minors be done under the strict and direct supervision of the Administrator General. Kuntepa sued Tawanda Ngulube and Mupeta Sokontwe in their capacity as administrators of the late Ngulube’s estate.
