FORMER Zambia Army commander Paul Mihova has denied allegations of trespassing and damaging household goods at the residence of Vice-President Mutale Nalumango’s Press Aide Njenje Chizu in 2022. Mihova has told the Lusaka High Court that Chizu’s allegations contain falsehoods and are a figment of imagination. This is in a matter in which Chizu and his wife, Chimwemwe sued the State and Mihova, demanding damages for trespass and the damage caused to their household goods after a team of soldiers attacked them at their house in 2022. Chizu, his wife and their child are also seeking damages for mental torture, anguish and inconvenience.
