LUSAKA Magistrate Faides Hamaundu has issued a bench warrant against Bowman Lusambo and his wife in a matter where they are charged with possession of property suspected of being proceeds of crime. Lusambo is jointly charged with his wife, Nancy, with 10 counts of corrupt acquisition of public property, possession of property suspected of being proceeds of crime, tax evasion and conspiracy to fraud. When the matter came up for continuation of trial, Wednesday, neither Lusambo nor his wife were before court.
