TWO bankers have testified against Munir Zulu in a case where he is accused of issuing defamatory remarks against Finance Minister Situmbeko Musokotwane, his Infrastructure counterpart Charles Milupi and RDA Board Chairperson Mulchand Kuntawala. One banker testified that Milupi did not receive US$250,000 at any point between 2021 and 2023 in his ABSA Bank account. Another informed the court that there were no dollar transfers into Dr Musokotwane’s Stanbic Bank account during the period under review. In this matter, Zulu, who is Lumezi Independent member of parliament, is facing three counts of libel.
