A PASTOR of Chipangali District in Eastern Province and two others have appeared before the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court, where they have denied charges of illegal possession of forged banknotes. Elias Tonga, 55, of Mafuta village, is jointly charged with Peter Musongo, 43, a cross-border truck driver of Lusaka East and Wallace Kapangu, 51, a peasant farmer of Mkushi. The trio is facing one count of illegal possession of forged bank notes Contrary to Section 358 of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
