UNIVERSITY Teaching Hospital (UTH) Human Resource Manager Seliya Mwale has told the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court that the 25-year-old medical student who is alleged to have personated a doctor is neither a hospital staff nor a volunteer. This is in a matter in which Blessed Robert Tsabasvi and Chibwe Kansumba, a 28-year-old environmental health officer are facing 16 counts of personating public officers, uttering false documents and forgery. Of the 16 counts, Tsabasvi is facing seven while Kansumba is facing nine.
