A 22-YEAR-OLD man of Mtendere has been dragged to the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court for attempting to have unlawful carnal knowledge of his biological mother. In this matter, Fanizani Phiri, who works at a Tobacco company, is charged with one count of attempted incest by males Contrary to Section 159(3) of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
