A 24-YEAR-OLD charcoal burner of Chongwe has been dragged to the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court for allegedly defiling two girls. Habeenzu Mweene is facing two counts of defilement of a child Contrary to Section 138(1) of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia. Particulars of the offence in count one allege that Mweene, on December 17, 2023, in Lusaka, had unlawful carnal knowledge of E.M, a girl under the age of 16.
