A 14-YEAR-OLD girl has narrated to the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court how her biological father had unlawful carnal knowledge of her and impregnated her. This is in a matter in which a 41-year-old Zambia Air Force (ZAF) flight sergeant, identified as G.M, is charged with incest, contrary to Section 159(1) of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
