THE Lusaka High Court has dismissed a case in which Mwansabombwe PF MP Kabaso Kampampi sought to overturn changes to the Patriotic Front (PF) leadership and reinstate former republican president Edgar Lungu as party leader. Kampampi had also challenged the appointment of Mafinga MP Robert Chabinga as acting PF president, arguing that the party’s convention on October 24, 2023, which led to Chabinga’s leadership, was unconstitutional and in violation of the PF constitution and regulations.
