A 36-YEAR-OLD businessman has been dragged to court for allegedly swindling Zambia Police Service spokesperson Rae Hamoonga out of K159,550 cash. The accused allegedly pretended to have 73 cattle for sale when in fact not. In this matter, Cryford Chuuba is charged with the offence of obtaining money by false pretence, contrary to Section 309 of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
