A LAWYER representing Livingstone Mayor Constance Nalishebo Muleabai in a corruption case has told the court that Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) investigations officers do not have the legal authority to translate languages into English. And Muleabai’s legal team has objected to the admissibility of WhatsApp messages translated from Lozi to English by an Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) investigations officer, arguing that the translation is not valid evidence.
