In this four minutes audio below, Catherine Phiri’s manager Christopher Malunga says the WBC bantamweight world champion lost her title in an undisputed fight.
In a post-match speech, following a split-point decision ruled in favour of the Mexican pugilist Mariana Juarez, Malunga said Catherine fought a wonderful fight and lost on merit.
He added that the 19-year-old impressed WBC officials wither her discipline in the ring.
