Zambia and Botswana will meet on July 1 at the Royal Bafokeng Sports Palace in a 15:00hrs kick-off.
Winner will face victor of the third quarterfinal to be played at the same venue on July 2 between South Africa and Group A winner.
Group A comprises of Angola, CECAFA zone guest nation Tanzania, Mauritius and Malawi.
That semifinal match will be played on July 7 at Moruleng Stadium.
The finals will be held at Royal Bafokeng on July 9.
Meanwhile, all quarterfinal losers will be relegated to the Plate semifinal on July 4 while the final in the same category will be played on July 7.
Zambia will be hoping to avoid another quarterfinal exit after they were dumped out of the same stage in their last two editions.
