GREEN Buffaloes Women’s football club coach Charles Haalubono has declared the team ready for the CAF Champions League that kicks off this weekend in Morocco. The Zambia Army-sponsored side qualified for the CAF Champions League after winning the COSAFA Champions League and will be Southern Africa representatives alongside defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies. Speaking in an interview, Tuesday, Haalubono said the team had prepared adequately and was ready to face any team. Haalubono said his team might have won the COSAFA Champions League qualifiers but struggled with the striking force which he had worked on.
