THE National Olympics Committee (NOC) has engaged psychologists to optimize Zambia’s chances of winning medals at major international events. Speaking in an interview, NOC president Alfred Foloko said the psychologists had been brought in to psyche the athletes and have them in the best frame of mind leading up to both the African and Olympic Games. Foloko said the major stakeholders in the country do not want to leave any stone unturned in the lead-up to the Olympics.
