IT’S the festive season once again and all roads lead to Siavonga town which is Zambia’s poor man’s “Malibu”, for romantic getaways, honeymoons and family vacations. This is my story about a failed one night stand by some mystical admirer in the water town. Trips to the little local tourist destination of Siavonga are not always limited to leisure and pleasure, people do have jobs and they do actually work throughout the festive season. I am in that kind of career that knows no holiday.
