This is in a matter where Melody Chipepo, 37, from Lusaka’s Emmasdale Township, sued her ex-husband, Adam Zulu, 45, a civil servant in the Office of the President, for failing to honour a court order to compensate her and share the household goods equally. However, Zulu argued that he refused to share the property because Chipepo had stolen his laptops and other household items.
