The Copperbelt University Registrar Helen Mwenya Mukumba has announced that the institution will finally reopen on March 25, 2018.

In a notice issued today, Mukumba

“The Copperbelt university wishes to inform all students and members of the public that the university is set to open on the following dates: Riverside campus (full time) Sunday 25th March 2018, Michael Chilufya Sata School of Medicine Sunday 25th March 2018, Kapasa Makasa campus Sunday 25th march 2018, school of graduate studies Monday 26TH March 2018. Lusaka campus (evening programmes ) Monday 26th March 2018, Riverside campus (evening programmes )* Monday 23rd April 2018,” the notice read in part.

“Sessional examinations for the evening programmes which were originally scheduled for January 2018 will now run from Tuesday 3rd to Monday 9th April 2018. All students should ensure that the required minimum initial fees are paid. Note that only those students who have completed their registration formalities will be allowed to attend classes,” the notice read.
