Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly has deferred the consideration of Bill 10 the Legislative session of February 2020, after acting Minister of Justice Stephen Kampyongo applied for leave to do so.

When the Bill was called for a second reading this afternoon, Kampyongo told the House that it was his wish to defer the Bill to next year.
