TRANSPARENCY International Zambia (TIZ) has disclosed that the ruling Patriotic Front spent an estimated K2.9 million in May alone on billboard advertisement in Lusaka, followed by Fred M’membe’s Socialist Party which spent about K864,000, while K648,000 was spent by the UPND. And TI-Z says President Edgar Lungu and UPND president Hakainde Hichilema should take responsibility for the violence being perpetuated by their supporters.
