INFORMATION and Media Minister Chushi Kasanda says Times of Zambia and ZNBC are facing serious financial challenges which have made it difficult for them to fulfil their statutory obligations and provide quality services to the public. According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Information and Media, Press and Media Relations Unit, Monday, Kasanda said the debt to NAPSA which had accumulated over the years, had resulted in numerous challenges at the institutions and that a way must be found to normalise the situation.
