PF disciplinary committee chairperson Tutwa Ngulube says the party will soon discipline “disgruntled and indisciplined” individuals who want to portray PF as having a leadership crisis, warning that those who are disobedient will find themselves out of the party. Ngulube was commenting on PF member Kelvin Kaunda’s recent remarks that it was illegal for Given Lubinda to act as party president as he could only do that if the substantive leader died or was removed from office.
