ELECTORAL Commission of Zambia (ECZ) acting Chief Electoral Officer Royd Katongo says the commission shall come up with interventions to ensure that it delivers credible by-elections on January 20, 2022. And Katongo says the commission expects the media to uphold professionalism, ethical reporting and provide fair coverage to all participating political parties.
