MANDEVU PF member of parliament Christopher Shakafuswa says UPND should tell the country where the “increased revenue collection by the council” is going because workers are in almost three months salary arrears. Shakafuswa was commenting on UPND Lusaka Province chairperson Obvious Mwaliteta’s remarks that the increase in revenue collection by the council was evidence that there was no cadreism. “I want to challenge him, why they are not paying workers.
