LANDS and Natural Resources Minister Elijah Muchima says everyone is entitled to own properties, but people should own the same in a manner that is acceptable. And Muchima says he did not make any reference to former first lady Esther Lungu in his recent interview with the Zambia Daily Mail, but only responded according to how the question was put to him. Makebi Zulu Advocates recently wrote to Muchima demanding that he desists from making erroneous comments against Esther. This was following a story carried by the Zambia Daily Mail in which the Lands Minister was quoted as having said that his ministry had no record to show coordinates for the land upon which the seized houses had been built....
