FORMER lands and natural resources minister Jean Kapata’s lawyer, Tutwa Ngulube, says his client is being investigated over a property she acquired in 2009 where she’s built a house and some flats. And Ngulube says his client will stop cooperating with the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) because they have rushed to give information to the media before concluding investigations. On Thursday, ACC summoned Kapata in connection with over 25 properties which are allegedly listed under her name.
