POLICE on Thursday arrested PF Lusangazi Chairperson by-elections candidate Patrick Banda as he attempted to file his nominations at the nomination centre. The PF has, however, managed to replace Banda with another candidate, Nelson Banda, who has successfully managed to file in his nominations.
