KABUSHI UPND member of parliament Bernard Kanengo says he would have still won the seat even if Bowman Lusambo had participated in the race. But former PF secretary general Davies Mwila says his party will petition the recently held Kabushi and Kwacha by-elections today. Kanengo won the Kabushi seat with 6,553 votes in the recently held by-election, whilst his closest contender, Richard Kalasa, an independent candidate, polled 4,607 votes.
