VICE-PRESIDENT Mutale Nalumango says the PF stripped off meal allowances from university students and pocketed it, but they are crying foul when visited by the law. Drumming up support for the UPND candidate in the upcoming Mwense council chairperson by-election, Vice-President Nalumango told the electorate not to listen to “those who pocketed meal allowances”. “The PF stripped off meal allowances saying there was not enough funds to continue offering meal allowances and pocketed it.  But one can ask, as in, how wasn’t there enough money when it was just borrowed money.
