ECZ says it has invited PF’s Raphael Nakacinda for a meeting over his claims that UPND had dispatched vehicles with pre-marked ballot papers to districts which were conducting by-elections. On Thursday, Nakacinda accused the UPND of dispatching thugs to cause mayhem in Mwense. “It has become apparent to UPND that they are headed for a loss in these by-elections, so they have dispatched their thugs, some of whom are criminals that were just pardoned recently.
