HOME Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu has disclosed that police will be undertaking patrols in all residential areas to ensure that criminal gangs are arrested and dealt with. And Mwiimbu has warned party cadres collecting money in markets and bus stations that they will be dealt with accordingly.
