PRESIDENTIAL political advisor Levy Ngoma says the fact that newly appointed ECZ Commissioner, McDonald Chipenzi has commended government’s efforts in the past doesn’t mean he is a UPND member. In an interview, Ngoma argued that the appointment of Chipenzi had nothing to do with him being linked to the ruling party. “The appointment of McDonald Chipenzi has nothing to do with him being linked to the UPND. It has everything to do with his credentials.
