POLICE have charged the 28-year-old Lusaka woman who was found half-naked, chained to the bars of the Freedom Statue fence, with the Idle and Disorderly offence. Police have revealed that after watching CCTV footage, they discovered that the woman, Dorcas Nachibona, actually chained herself before hiding the keys in her pant, and placing a placard at the Freedom Statue.
