DIRECTOR of Public Prosecutions Gilbert Phiri has revoked the immunity from prosecution granted to former KCM provisional liquidator Milingo Lungu, by his predecessor Lillian Siyunyi. But Lungu’s lawyer, Makebi Zulu, has described the action as not only illegal but contemptuous.
